2015

Costumer Service

When I was 16, I started working at my local McDonald's to earn money for college and gain valuable work experience.

During my time there, I took on various roles and strived to deliver exceptional customer service. I trained fellow employees in day-to-day operations, establishing a cooperative environment where communication was highly effective, resulting in better service during rush hours.

Through this experience, I developed communication skills that reduced waiting times and errors, and helped create a positive and efficient workplace.
